We also identify which university, with what employer or in which community are they located? After that we identify the talent pool. We identify the approximate size and quality of the talent pool and the extent of the willingness to move in relation to the attractiveness of the country/sector of the future employer. Only in the final stage do we create a possible hiring strategy. Every talent pool has its own search strategy, media channels, attraction strategy, motivations, and relocation factors.
